These terms apply to all users of MCServerHost services, including but not limited to individuals, organizations, and businesses. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Services

MCSH Limited specializes in providing Minecraft server hosting services. Our platform is designed to offer scalable and reliable server solutions for personal and professional use. Users may select from various plans, including paid and free options, each subject to specific limitations and requirements outlined in these terms.

Free Plan

The free plan allows users to host a server for up to 4 hours. After this time, users must click a "Renew" button to continue using the service. Failure to renew within 7 days will result in the deletion of the server and all associated files. This policy ensures that resources remain available for other users

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed on an hourly basis. Users have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade their plans as needed. Billing continues as long as the server is active, regardless of whether it is turned on or off. To stop billing, users must cancel the service entirely.

3. Account Setup

• Users must provide a valid username, email address, and password to create an account.
• It is the user’s responsibility to keep their account credentials secure. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited.
• Users must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Usage Limits

Our services operate under a fair use policy to ensure that all users have access to reliable resources:

• Storage: Storage space is intended solely for files related to Minecraft servers. Storing unrelated files is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• CPU Usage: Excessive CPU usage that disrupts the performance of other users’ servers is not allowed. Users must monitor and manage their CPU usage to avoid prolonged 100% utilization.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Host illegal content or materials.
• Use cracked, nulled, or pirated software.
• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Violations of these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Debit and credit cards
• Local payment options (available in some regions)

Billing Policies

• Hourly Billing: Services are billed hourly. Users must ensure they have sufficient credit in their accounts to avoid service interruptions.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final. MCSH Limited does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Free Plan Policies

Free servers are provided as a limited-time offering. Users must renew their servers every 4 hours to continue using them. If no renewal occurs within 7 days, the server and all associated files will be deleted permanently. This policy applies exclusively to free servers.

6. Uptime Guarantee

MCSH Limited guarantees 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. In the rare event that we fail to meet this standard, affected users will receive compensation in the form of credit equal to 10 times the amount of downtime experienced.

The uptime guarantee does not apply to free servers, which may experience interruptions as resources are reallocated to meet demand.

7. Support

Our support team is available to assist users through the following channels:

• Email: Contact us at support@mcserverhost.com for support requests or inquiries.

Support is provided for issues related to our services and infrastructure. We do not offer support for third-party plugins, mods, or custom configurations.

8. Data Loss

MCSH Limited is not liable for any loss of data resulting from user actions, hardware failure, or service interruptions. Users are strongly encouraged to maintain regular backups of their server data.

9. Service Suspension and Termination

Automatic Suspension

• Servers will be suspended if there is insufficient credit for renewal. Suspended servers and their files will be deleted after 14 days.
• Free servers will be suspended and deleted if the renewal process is not completed within 7 days.

Discretionary Suspension

MCSH Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or service at our discretion for violations of these terms or other activities deemed harmful to our platform or users.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

MCSH Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing the TOS periodically to stay informed of updates.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of London, United Kingdom.
• Dispute Resolution: As a game service provider, we do not permit court cases under any circumstances. Disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of MCSH Limited.

Resource Allocation

Resource availability is subject to change based on demand and operational requirements. MCSH Limited may reallocate resources or adjust service specifications as needed to maintain platform stability.

Third-Party Services

MCSH Limited is not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services, plugins, or software used in conjunction with our hosting platform.
