How to reduce lag on your Minecraft Server with ClearLagg

While operating or running a Minecraft server, lag is something that can ruin your entire gameplay experience. To reduce that, server owners can take many actions like increasing their server resources, pre-generating their world, limiting entity spawning, and many others. One of the many ways to reduce server lag includes limiting entity spawn rate, removing entity cramming, and purging items that are dropped on the ground for a long period of time, and the best way to do this is by installing a spigot/bukkit-based plugin on your server known as ClearLagg.

Installing ClearLagg

In order to install ClearLagg on your Minecraft server, head towards its SpigotMC resource page and install it. Further, follow the steps below in order to install it on your server.

1. Log in to your MCServerHost dashboard, and stop your server in order to avoid any type of error while installing the plugin into your server.

1. Lagg - List of all the commands. 
2. lagg clear - Manually remove unnecessary entities.

4. lagg killmobs - Kills all the mobs present on the server.
